The need to avoid stress and reduce the intake of sugar, salt and caffeine will do wonders in keeping the kidney function efficiently. A lot of people in general eat well but have it in more quantities. This causes damage to the kidneys in the long run.

Having less food and that is easily digestible is the key to have a healthy kidney. With regular exercise and a healthy intake of food, the body performs better to do all the day to day activities.
