Colorectal cancer first starts in the rectum spreads slowly to the large intestine. The symptoms cannot be detected at the initial stages and they appear when the cancer has reached a formidable stage. The initial signs are irregular bowel movements. People usually complain of constipation and if it persists for more than a week, one should consult a doctor. There are different causes of colorectal cancer and usually starts with an inflamed bowel system. Weight loss and fatigue happens in the chronic stages of cancer. Medical sciences recommend regular endoscopy checkups to detect the cancer in its early stages.

People suffering from constant problems of diarrhea can consult a doctor and detect the early symptoms of the cancer. The colorectal cancer causes involve eating unhealthy food that is high in oil and fat content.  Most importantly the presence of blood along with the stool should be considered as a danger sign and treatment should be taken.

The drool of blood along with the stool may lead to other related health problems as well, so it is advised to consult a doctor and to proceed for further diagnosis. By the use of endoscopy, the colon cancer can be detected and treatment can be provided at an early stage. Healthy food and regular fitness workouts can enhance the bowel system and help it to function well. A lot of fluid intake clears out the toxins in our body and is one of the main steps to prevent the colon cancer from forming in the rectum.
