Try to take fruits that are rich in Vitamin C. avoid oily and spicy foods especially butter at they cause irritation and pain. Take vegetables rich in minerals, zinc and vitamin. Avoid taking alcohol and smoking. Then prevent water deposition in ear. Regularly doing breathing exercise and yoga would help in preventing the infection.
